Introductory Packages are available only one time

first 1-2 sessions will be evaluative in nature to determine your complete
level of fitness. This includes the initial consultation, as the
2nd session will include blood pressure and heart rate monitoring,
body composition and girth measurements, tests of cardiovascular endurace,
muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. We may also give you
run-through workout so you can get a feel for our style of training.
Cancellation/Change of Appointment Policy
continue to do your best to change appointments at least 24 hours
in advance so we are able to schedule other appointments for those
will be charged for sessions cancelled with less than this notice.
Please make every effort to stay consistent in your workouts and workout
